KI Content Creator (m/w/d) Social Media - Full-time

We are looking for a creative and data-oriented KI Content Creator (m/w/d), who produces Short-Form-Content not only, but consistently optimizes it for performance. If you recognize trends early, develop strong hooks, can shoot and edit yourself, and create convincing videos with KI video models like Sora or Veo, then you're exactly right at us.

The BZKI Bildungszentrum für Künstliche Intelligenz is a TÜV-certified education provider for adult education. Aufgaben

You are responsible for the conception, production, and publication of our Short-Form-Contents. Your tasks:

• Development and publication of Short-Form-Content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn (Idea → Script → Implementation → Upload)
• Production with KI video models (e.g. Sora, Veo)
• Appearing in front of the camera and Voice Over recording (depending on format and concept)
• Eigenständiges Drehen und Schneiden - quickly, mobile, and efficient
• Development and testing of new Formats, Hooks, Thumbnails, Captions, and Story Structures
• Aktives Trend-Monitoring (Sounds, Memes, Creators, Platform Mechanics) and rapid adaptation to our theme world
• Publishing & Platform Optimization: Title, Description, Hashtags, Posting Rhythm, Community Management
• Evaluation of the results (Retention, Watchtime, Hook Rate, CTR, Saves/Shares) and derivation of concrete improvements

The onboarding process is practice-oriented. You will receive clear goals, examples, brand guidelines, and develop your own routines and repeatable processes quickly.

Qualifikation

We are looking for people with output, creativity, and performance understanding:

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Erstellen von Short-Form-Videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
• Sehr gutes Gefühl für Hook, Pace, Storytelling and platform-specific viewing habits
• Sicher und effizient im Videodreh with Smartphone or DSLR and in Videoschnitt with at least one common tool (e.g. CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Fähigkeit, KI-Videomodelle to use productively (Prompting, Iteration, Quality Control, Style Consistency)
• Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit, selbst vor der Kamera to stand and Voice Over to record
• Hohe Eigenständigkeit, schnelle Umsetzung, saubere Organisation (Content-Backlog, Variants, Templates)
• Analytisches Denken: You can read performance data and derive better videos from it
• Sehr gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit in German language (for scripts, hooks, voice overs)

No specific degree is required - what matters most is your Portfolio and that you work reliably.
