AI Consultant / AI Enthusiast in the Construction Industry (m/f/d) Remote

About Teamsware: We are pioneers in the digital transformation of the construction industry. Our project and company platform based on Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint is individually tailored to our customers. And we go a step further: We firmly integrate AI into our own way of working and into our customer solutions.

This role has two sides: Internally, you will drive forward our own AI processes and make Teamsware an AI-first company. Externally, you will develop concrete solutions from this for construction companies, project developers, and planning offices.

Tasks

• Internal AI Processes: You will analyze our workflows in sales, project execution, support, and administration and automate them using Copilot, Copilot Studio, the Teamsware Studio, Power Automate, and relevant AI services.
• Customer Solutions: You will conceptualize and build AI use cases for our customers – from intelligent document assistants for contracts and change orders to the automated evaluation of construction daily reports and project reports.
• Enablement: You will train colleagues and customers, establish prompt and usage standards, and ensure that AI is truly adopted in everyday work.
• Governance and Quality: You will treat data protection, data quality, and the responsible use of AI as an integral part of every solution.
• Innovation: You will monitor the market, evaluate new models and tools, and integrate relevant ones as prototypes into our platform.

Qualifications

• Genuine AI Enthusiasm: You use AI tools daily, actively follow developments, and have already built your own automations or prototypes.
• Interest in the Construction Industry: You want to understand how work is actually done on the construction site and in project business – prior experience in the construction or real estate sector is a clear plus.
• Microsoft 365 Knowledge: Confident handling of Teams, SharePoint, and the Power Platform; experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, or comparable services is an advantage.
• Analytical Thinking: You can identify which process is worth automating – and which is better left to manual work.
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex technology in an understandable way – to management as well as to site management.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
