You're in the game here: As an AI Strategy & Transformation Manager (all genders), you'll take on a central key role in the strategic further development of ValueNet. You analyze, evaluate, and shape the use of AI – both in our internal processes and in our service offering for customers.

Aufgaben

• You develop and are responsible for an enterprise-wide AI strategy, taking into account our values, data protection requirements, and our consulting-intensive business model
• You analyze and prioritize KI potential in internal processes to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability
• You identify meaningful KI use cases, where technology supports humans – not replaces them
• You drive the development of our product and service portfolio along customer needs and AI-supported innovations
• You develop a clear implementation and roadmap plan including priorities, resources, risks, and dependencies
• In close cooperation with management, departments, IT, and external partners, you keep market, technology, and regulatory trends in mind

Qualifikation

• You hold a completed degree in e.g. computer science, business informatics, economics/social sciences, digitalization or comparable
• You bring several years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, digital transformation, or process/organizational development
• You can explain complex AI topics clearly, practically, and decision-relevant
• You combine strategic thinking with implementation strength and high personal responsibility
• You handle sensitive data and data protection responsibly
• You convince through communication skills, analytical abilities, and very good German language skills (English is an advantage)
