KI-based Creation of Advertising Materials

48grams is a modern skincare brand focusing on effective ingredients, clear design, and data-driven marketing. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual for the KI-supported creation of advertising materials.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of advertising materials with KI tools (e.g., for Social Ads, Display, Newsletter, Website)
• Creation of static & animated creatives (image, text, video)
• Use of KI for copywriting, image generation, variant tests (A/B)
• Adaptation of creatives for various channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Website)
• Closely working with Marketing & Performance Team
• Optimization of advertising materials based on KPIs & performance data
• BUILDING and maintenance of prompt libraries & workflows

Qualification

• Experience with KI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, Adobe Firefly or others)
• Understanding of Performance Marketing & conversion-optimized creatives
• Sense for aesthetics, branding & beauty visuals
• Fundamental knowledge in design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Canva)
• Independent, structured work style
• Very good German skills, English is an advantage
