We are looking for AI Automation Engineers (m/f/d) with a focus on: Process Automation & Digital Solutions

Your mission with us: You love optimizing digital processes and developing efficient IT solutions? As an AI Automation Engineer

(m/f/d), you will actively shape the digital future with us. Your focus: automation, integration, and the development of smart workflows for our various business areas – ideally with the support of Artificial Intelligence.

Your Tasks:

• Support and further development of our (SaaS) applications within the company
• Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software
• Documentation and conceptualization of digital business processes
• Planning and implementation of new software and IT solutions
• Development of interfaces for connecting standard solutions
• Automation of recurring tasks with tools like Make, Zapier, or through API integrations
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous process optimization

Tools & Technologies in Focus:

• Make & Zapier: These low-code platforms enable you to automate complex workflows, connect systems, and efficiently implement data-driven processes. You will develop automated sequences to optimize internal business processes and ensure seamless data integration between different applications.
• HubSpot: Support in managing and optimizing marketing, sales, and service processes. You will implement automations for lead management, CRM processes, and analyze workflow effectiveness.
• Airtable: Flexible database solution for organizing and automating business processes. You will conceptualize smart data structures, connect Airtable with other systems, and automate reports and data entries.
• API Integrations: Building and managing API interfaces for the seamless connection of different software solutions. You will develop custom interface solutions to optimally integrate existing tools and simplify workflows.
• Artificial Intelligence: Implementation and utilization of AI-based solutions for automating complex tasks. This includes integrating machine learning models or using existing AI tools for process optimization.

Salary: 3800 Euros per month (gross)

Position Requirements

• A completed degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in business process automation and handling API interfaces is desirable, but not required
• Knowledge of tools such as Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, and other automation solutions is desirable, but not required
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, especially Artificial Intelligence and its application in a corporate environment
• Analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and the ability to understand and optimize complex processes
