We are looking for KI-Automatisierungsingenieure (m/w/d) with the focus: Process automation & digital solutions

Your mission at our company: You love optimizing digital processes and developing efficient IT solutions? As a KI-Automatisierungsingenieur (m/w/d), you shape the digital future actively with us. Your focus: Automation, integration, and the development of smarter workflows for our various corporate departments – preferably also with the support of Artificial Intelligence.

Your tasks:

• Maintenance and further development of our (SaaS-) applications within the company
• Setup, installation, and configuration of standard software
• Dokumentation and conception of digital business processes
• Planning and implementation of new software and IT solutions
• Development of interfaces to connect standard solutions
• Automation of recurring tasks with tools like Make, Zapier or through API integrations
• Error analysis, troubleshooting, and continuous process optimization

Tools & Technologies in focus:

• Make & Zapier: These low-code platforms enable you to automate complex workflows, connect systems together, and implement data-driven processes efficiently. You develop automated workflows for optimizing internal business processes and ensure seamless data integration between different applications.
• HubSpot: Support in managing and optimizing marketing, sales, and service processes. You implement automations for lead management, CRM processes, and analyze the effectiveness of workflows.
• Airtable: Flexible database solution for organizing and automating business processes. You conceptualize smart data structures, connect Airtable with other systems, and automate reports and data entries.
• API Integrations: Building and managing API interfaces to seamlessly connect different software solutions. You develop individual interface solutions to optimize existing tools and simplify workflows.
• Artificial Intelligence: Implementation and use of AI-based solutions for automating complex tasks. This includes integrating machine learning models or using existing AI tools for process optimization.

Salary: 3800 Euros per month (gross)

Job requirements:

• A completed degree in business informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in automating business processes and working with API interfaces is desirable, but not required
• Knowledge of tools like Make, Zapier, HubSpot, Airtable, and other automation solutions is desirable, but not required
• Pasión for innovative technologies, particularly Artificial Intelligence, and its application in the corporate environment
• Analytical thinking, structured working style, and the ability to understand and optimize complex processes
