AI & Automation Engineer (m/f/d)

As an AI & Automation Engineer (m/f/d), you will be the right-hand person of our IT & AI Lead. You will work on our AI and automation projects, take on your own sub-tasks, and contribute your ideas. Your main focus: further developing and maintaining our internal tools – from small helpers to larger systems like our Fleet Console – and cleanly connecting the various systems. Startup pace, short distances, real scope for design.

Tasks

• AI & Automation Projects: You will actively participate in our AI-powered projects – from idea to implementation
• Close Collaboration with the IT & AI Lead: You will independently take on sub-tasks, contribute ideas to projects, and coordinate closely in day-to-day business
• Internal Tools: You will further develop and maintain smaller tools and larger systems (including service tool / Fleet Console)
• System Connections: You will build and maintain interfaces and integrations between internal and external systems
• Odoo ERP: You will work on our ERP processes, modules, and interfaces

Qualifications

What you need:

• Sound, practical AI knowledge – prompting, automation, and the confident use of AI tools in everyday work
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Enjoy close collaboration in a team onsite
• Fluent German as a communication language; English at reading/writing level for documentation and tools
• Hands-on mentality, willingness to learn, pragmatism, and discretion

This is a plus:

• Experience with Odoo ERP
• Programming or software/system engineering experience
• Experience with other business/SaaS systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams)
