We are looking for an experienced Workshop Leader with gasoline in their blood.

Tasks

This is what you'll be doing:

• Planning inspections, repairs, and task allocation with the help of the order board according to the competencies and workload of the employees
• Following up and checking the progress and quality of workshop work as well as supporting employees in their repair attempts
• Ensuring timely execution of orders and maximum quality
• Closely communicating with customers about the status of repairs
• Leading and controlling the attendance list of employees
• Ensuring optimal information flow with employees regarding goals, results, and strategic orientations from RRG as well as conducting regular meetings with teams
• Post-processing and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Persistent assurance of service quality
• Assurance of maintenance and care of workshop equipment and machines
• Assurance of workshop maintenance, workstations according to statutory regulations and valid standards

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• Qualification as Service Technician or Master's degree, alternatively experience as Workshop Leader/Coordinator (m/w/d)
• Completed training as Kfz-Mechanic or Mechatronics engineer (m/w/d)
• Fundamental knowledge of automotive technology: Electricity – Electronics – Mechanics – Gearbox – Motor – Fuel filter – Diesel – Wear parts – Air conditioning
• Good knowledge in handling repair instructions and documentation
• Knowledge of procedures and rules in mechanics
• Knowledge of machines, tools, and diagnostic instruments
• Awareness and compliance with workplace safety regulations
• Driver's license class B
