We are looking for an experienced Workshop Manager with gasoline in their blood.

Tasks

These are your tasks:

• Planning inspections, repairs and the allocation of tasks with the help of the order board according to the competencies and the workload of the employees
• Monitoring and checking the progress and quality of workshop work as well as supporting the employees in their repair interventions
• Ensuring the timely execution of orders and maximum quality
• Close communication with the customer about the status of the repairs
• Management and control of the attendance and absence list of employees
• Ensuring an optimal flow of information with the employees regarding the goals, results and strategic orientations of the RRG as well as conducting regular meetings with the teams
• Post-processing and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Permanent assurance of service quality
• Ensuring the maintenance and care of the workshop's operating resources and machinery
• Ensuring the maintenance of the workshop, the workplaces in accordance with legal regulations and valid standards

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• Qualification as a service technician or master craftsman examination, alternatively experience as a workshop manager/coordinator (m/f/d)
• Completed training as a car mechanic or mechatronics technician (m/f/d)
• Sound knowledge of automotive technology: electricity – electronics – mechanics – manual transmission – engine – fuel injection filter – diesel – wear parts – air conditioning
• Good knowledge of using repair manuals and documentation
• Knowledge of procedures and rules in mechanics
• Knowledge of machines, tools and diagnostic instruments
• Knowledge and observance of occupational safety regulations
• Driving license class B
