Automotive Service Advisor

For our car dealership at Prinzert, we are looking for a dedicated Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team as soon as possible.

As a Service Advisor, you are the central point of contact between our customers, the workshop, and the service team. You ensure that our customers feel competent and personally looked after from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Customer support and consultation in personal conversations as well as by phone
• Acceptance and return of customer vehicles
• Creation of workshop orders and precise documentation of customer complaints
• Car acceptance and dialogue acceptance
• Identification of repair and maintenance needs
• Creation and explanation of cost estimates
• Sale of service and repair services as well as accessories and additional services
• Coordination of repair orders with our automotive mechatronics technicians and workshop management
• Monitoring of the repair process and informing customers about the current status
• Coordination of additional work and necessary repairs
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional service quality
• Processing of warranty, guarantee, and goodwill cases
• Carrying out test drives and vehicle checks as needed
• Support in optimizing our service processes and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

What you bring

• Completed technical training in the automotive field, ideally as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician
• Further training as an Automotive Service Advisor, Master Automotive Technician, or comparable qualification desirable
• Professional experience in the service department of a car dealership is an advantage
• Technical understanding and enjoyment of customer consultation
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Confident and friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Organizational talent and independent working style
• Team player and sense of responsibility
• Proficient use of common IT systems and MS Office
• Driver's license Class B
