KFZ Serviceberater (m/w/d)

The Autohaus Büttner in Freital has been standing for personal customer service, competent consulting and high-quality vehicle technology for years. To strengthen our service team, we are looking for an engaged Kfz-Serviceberater (m/w/d) who will professionally advise and accompany our customers throughout the service process.

Tasks

• Accept repair orders, perform vehicle diagnoses, and inform customers about the scope of the repair order
• Plan, organize, and control work processes in terms of content and timing
• Decide on the selection of operating materials, analyze cost factors, and minimize controllable costs
• Train and support colleagues, participate in their further education
• Organize and control all technical processes
• Plan business quality management

Qualification

• Completed technical or commercial training in the Kfz sector (e.g. Kfz-Mechatroniker, Automobilkaufmann, Kfz-Meister o. Ä.)
• Communicative, service-oriented, organized and conscientious
• Class B driving license
• Ideal experience as a service advisor
