We are seeking an engaged KFZ-Meister/Betriebsleiter (m/w/d) for our new Fleet-Servicecenter in Lengede

Location: Lengede

Duties:

Firm timely monitoring, coordination, and implementation of customer orders
Leadership and guidance of the workshop team
Independent coordination of workshop processes and ensuring quality standards and given procedures and specifications
Documentation and leadership of precise records of all work performed and processes

Requirements:

KFZ-Meister or equivalent degree
Competent leadership and support of the workshop team
Friendly and professional customer service, with a high level of availability
Experience in handling common IT applications
Very good knowledge in the automotive sector and possibly first experience in leadership
Class B driver's license: absolutely necessary (to move the vehicle)
Good German language skills - English language B1 (Basic) is desired
