Are you a passionate automotive professional, enjoy taking responsibility, and want to combine your technical expertise with leadership skills? Then become part of our workshop team in Hürth!

In our depot, our workshop team of around 20 people ensures that our own fleet of approximately 120 buses and company-owned cars remains safe and reliable in operation. Here you can expect varied tasks, different drive technologies, and work on our own fleet.

Tasks

• You will coordinate daily workshop operations together with your colleagues and ensure personnel allocation according to needs.
• You will provide technical support to our workshop team and take on the diagnosis of complex fault patterns, as well as support with demanding repairs.
• You will ensure the professional execution of work through quality controls and test drives.
• You will ensure compliance with safety standards and organize necessary inspections and calibrations.
• You will plan training courses, seminars, and instructions, and conduct selected training sessions yourself.
• You will participate in shift and vacation planning and take on organizational tasks in ongoing workshop operations.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in the automotive trade and a successfully passed master craftsman examination
• Several years of professional experience in an automotive workshop, as well as experience in the technical leadership and supervision of employees
• In-depth knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and handling complex fault patterns
• Experience with combustion engines and electric drives, knowledge in the area of hydrogen is an advantage
• Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach to work
• A valid EU driver's license class B, classes C or D are an advantage
