Your Task
- Workshop Leadership with Responsibility: plan the optimal utilization, coordinate workshop operations, and take responsibility for the heart of our branch
- Professional Guidance from Day 1 – accompany apprentices practically, coach the team, and be a point of contact for all employees.
- Operational Leadership – assume technical responsibility for diagnosis, maintenance, and repair, ensure quality standards, and lend a hand when needed
