Deine Aufgabe
- Fachkundiger – verantworte die Diagnose, Wartung und Reparatur von Oldtimer bis E-Auto
- Ausbilder ab Tag 1 – leite Auszubildende fachlich an, begleite sie praktisch und gib dein Know-how direkt weiter
- richtungsweisender Ansprechpartner – unterstütze Kollegen, Monteure und Gesellen bei fachlichen Fragen
- Möglichmacher – selbst schrauben, sich weiterbilden und das Team unterstützen
