For our location at the Leipzig / Sandersdorf Airport, we are looking to hire a/an

KFZ-Meister (m/w/d) - Luftfahrtbodengeräte & Werkstattkoordination

To strengthen our team, we are seeking an engaged electrician with a master's title (m/w/d), who will support our workshop manager in the technical leadership of the workshop and take responsibility for operational daily business.

Your Tasks in Detail

• Comprehensive service consulting and customer care
• Active support of the team in repair, maintenance, and overhaul work on electrical systems and components of air traffic ground equipment
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting of electrical faults, ensuring availability of spare parts before repairs begin
• Carrying out and monitoring maintenance, inspections, and overhauls to ensure safety, functionality, and readiness for use
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations, security, and quality standards, as well as complete documentation in the system
• Participation in optimizing work processes and repair procedures, preparing equipment for customer use and airport operations
• Deputy operational workshop leadership
• Support in complex and demanding spare part procurement

Your Profile

• Completed master's certification in KFZ or NFZ craftsmanship, electronics field
• Multiple years of work experience in a workshop environment, advantageous
• Knowledge of control technology and reading circuit diagrams.
• At least good German language skills in writing and speaking
• High service and customer orientation
• Self-starter, structured, and responsible working style
• You possess a valid reliability check according to §7 Air Traffic Safety Act
• Class B driver's license
