Motor Vehicle Master Craftsman (m/f/d) – Aviation Ground Support Equipment & Workshop Coordination

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated supervisor with a master craftsman title (m/f/d) who supports our Workshop Manager in the technical management of the workshop and takes responsibility in the operational day-to-day business.

Your tasks in detail

• Holistic service consulting and support for customers
• Planning, coordination and technical management of workshop personnel as well as operational personnel deployment planning and employee motivation
• Deputy workshop management and active support of the team in repair, maintenance and servicing of aviation ground support equipment
• Diagnosis and elimination of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic malfunctions as well as ensuring the availability of parts before the start of repair
• Carrying out and monitoring maintenance, inspections and repairs to ensure safety, functionality and operational readiness
• Ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, safety and quality standards as well as complete documentation in the system
• Participation in the optimization of work processes and repair processes as well as preparation of the equipment for customer use and operation at airports

Your profile

• Completed master craftsman examination in the automotive or commercial vehicle trade
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop environment is an advantage
• Knowledge of the relevant regulations and regulations
• At least good German language skills in spoken and written form
• High service and customer orientation
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• You possess/obtain a valid reliability check in accordance with §7 Aviation Security Act
• Driving license class B
