Master Mechanic Wanted – Perhaps It's Time for a Workshop That Truly Suits You.

We are autoteam augsburg, a privately owned master mechanic workshop in Augsburg-Kriegshaber.

Here, it's not about getting as many vehicles through the workshop as possible, somehow. It's important to us that work is done cleanly, problems are truly solved, and our customers pick up their vehicles feeling good.

We work on vehicles of all brands and cover a wide spectrum: inspections according to manufacturer specifications, diagnostics, brakes, engines, chassis, air conditioning, transmissions, modifications, and much more. This is precisely why everyday life here is varied. No day is exactly like the other, and if a fault isn't immediately obvious, we take the time to truly find it.

Our workshop is modern and very well-equipped. Several car lifts, current diagnostic technology, and everything one needs to work properly. At the same time, we place great importance on the workshop being clean, well-maintained, and a pleasant place to work. After all, one spends a large part of their day here and should feel comfortable.

For our team, we are looking for a Master Mechanic (m/f/d) who understands their craft, enjoys taking responsibility, and desires an environment where good work is valued.

What We Offer You

With us, you can truly contribute your knowledge and experience. You have the opportunity to take on responsibility, be involved in decision-making, and utilize your experience in more demanding cases.

You will support our team in diagnostics and troubleshooting, keep an eye on the quality of work, and together with us, ensure that the workshop processes are running smoothly. If you enjoy working on vehicles yourself, finding faults, and developing technical solutions, you are exactly right with us.

We are a privately owned company. For us, this means: short communication channels, direct conversations, and quick decisions. No corporate structures, no unnecessary detours, and no feeling of being just another employee number.

What else we offer you:

• a secure and long-term job

• a modern, clean, and very well-equipped workshop

• varied work on vehicles of all brands

• a lot of personal responsibility and trust

• short decision-making processes

• a pleasant and collegial working environment

• fair and performance-based compensation

• opportunities for further training

• a workplace where good work is seen and appreciated

It's important to us that people enjoy coming to work, treat each other with respect, support each other, and can rely on one another. After all, we spend a large part of our day together, and it's not just the work that should fit, but also the camaraderie.

What You Bring With You

A prerequisite for the position is a completed Master Mechanic title.

You are familiar with the daily life of a workshop, can work independently, and take responsibility when needed. You don't give up immediately when faced with difficult diagnoses or fault patterns, but rather want to understand where the problem lies and how to solve it properly.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:

• works cleanly and reliably

• has high standards for their own work

• interacts with customers and colleagues in a friendly and respectful manner

• is happy to contribute their expertise to the team

• can make decisions

• takes on responsibility

• and above all, still enjoys the automotive trade

Of course, in the end, the personal chemistry must also be right.

We are not looking for a perfect CV. We are looking for a good Master Mechanic who fits with us and our team.

If you are currently working in a workshop and have been thinking for a while that a change might be exactly the right thing, then simply get in touch with us.

You don't have to go through a complicated application process for this. Come by, take a look at our workshop, and get to know us. Then, we'll see in a relaxed manner if it's a good fit for both sides.
