Automotive Master Technician as Operations Manager (m/f/d) Vehicle Glass

Your tasks:

• As an automotive mechatronics technician/automotive mechanic (w/m/d), the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems, are your responsibility.

• You will take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK) (w/m/d)" and will be responsible for technical and professional matters on-site, adherence to all Carglass® standards, and the implementation of the daily work schedule.

• You will advise and support our customers with appropriate service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle handover.

• The creation of invoices, the management of customer funds, and the dispatch and creation of incoming orders are your responsibility.

• You will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance measures, the proper handling of inventory, and ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

This describes you:

• Do you have a completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience? Do you have experience as an automotive master technician (w/m/d), automotive mechatronics technician (w/m/d), automotive mechanic (w/m/d), or bodywork specialist (w/m/d)? • You are willing to undergo the proficiency test or are already an Operations Manager (HWK) (w/m/d).

• Starting salary with automotive vocational training of at least €3,200 gross for full-time employment (39 hours per week) – part-time is also possible
