• As an Automotive Mechatronics Technician/Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d), the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems, are your responsibility.
• You will take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d)" and will be responsible for technical and professional matters on-site, ensuring compliance with all Carglass® standards, and implementing the daily operational plan.
• You will advise and support our customers with appropriate service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle return.
• The creation of invoices, the management of customer funds, and the dispatch and creation of incoming orders are your responsibility.
• You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures, the proper execution of inventory, and ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

• You have completed vocational training in a trade and ideally have several years of professional experience? You have experience as a Master Automotive Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d), or Bodywork Specialist (m/f/d)? We look forward to meeting you!
• You are willing to undergo the proficiency test or are already an Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d).
