• As an Automotive Mechatronics Technician / Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including the calibration of driver assistance systems.
• You will take on the additional role of "Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d)" and will be responsible for technical and professional matters on-site, ensuring compliance with all Carglass® standards, and implementing the daily operational plan.
• You will advise and support our customers with appropriate service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle handover.
• Creating invoices, managing customer funds, and dispatching and creating incoming orders are your responsibility.
• You will be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures, the proper execution of inventory, and ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

• Do you have a completed vocational training in a trade and ideally several years of professional experience? Do you have experience as a Master Automotive Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d), or Bodywork Mechanic (m/f/d)? • You are willing to undergo the expert examination or are already an Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d).

• Starting salary with vocational training in automotive mechanics of at least EUR 3,200 gross in full-time (39 hours per week) – part-time is also possible
