As a Service Technician Vehicle Glass Springer (m/f/d), you will work in the South planning region. Career changers are also welcome.

Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the professional repair and replacement of vehicle glass, including calibration of modern driver assistance systems - wherever you are deployed.
- You actively shape the customer journey: from order acceptance and customer consultation to vehicle handover, including all associated administrative tasks.
- In the event of a site substitution, you will independently take over daily coordination and operational planning on site.
- You are prepared for special tasks such as supporting new site openings or temporary project assistance.
- As a Springer, you work in rotating teams - regionally and supra-regionally - and are a valuable multiplier for processes and innovations, which you will enthusiastically pass on to new colleagues.
Profile
- High flexibility, willingness to travel and stay overnight (nationwide) - you see traveling as an opportunity for variety and further development.
- You bring team spirit, personal responsibility, and strong communication skills - you can quickly find your way around new environments.
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training and have initial experience in the automotive industry - e.g., as an Automotive Mechatronics Technician, Automotive Mechanic, or Automotive Assembler (m/f/d).
- Career changers with technical understanding, e.g., as Industrial Mechanics, Installers, Painters/Varnishers, or dedicated hobby mechanics (m/f/d), are also welcome.
The important thing is your motivation - we will teach you everything you need! - You possess a Class B driver's license, have good German language skills, and are proficient with PCs.
