• As an Automotive Mechatronics Technician/Automotive Fitter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the replacement and repair of vehicle glass, including calibration of driver assistance systems.
• You will take on the additional function of "Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d)" and will be responsible for technical and specialist topics on-site, compliance with all Carglass® standards, and implementation of the daily operational planning.
• You will advise and support our customers with appropriate service orientation from order acceptance to vehicle return.
• The creation of invoices, management of customer funds, and the dispatch and creation of incoming orders are your responsibility.
• You will be responsible for carrying out quality assurance measures, proper inventory processing, and ensuring audit-relevant standards and corrective actions.

• You have completed vocational training in a craft trade and ideally have several years of professional experience? You have experience as an Automotive Master Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d), Automotive Mechanic (m/f/d), or Bodywork Specialist (m/f/d)? • You are willing to undergo the expert examination or are already an Operations Manager (HWK) (m/f/d).
