Motor Vehicle Mechanic (m/f/d) for Internal Service

Your Mission You analyze electronic vehicle fault messages
You provide proactive technical advice to vehicle users
You inform and advise customers
You initiate and coordinate services
You document processes and carry out corresponding analyses
Your Skills You have completed training as a motor vehicle technician (m/f/d) or motor vehicle mechatronics technician (m/f/d) and ideally have further qualifications as an electrical engineer (high-voltage system technology) (m/f/d). But that is not a must.
Also welcome: electrical engineers (m/f/d) with a focus on motor vehicles or car salesmen (m/f/d)
You have secure PC skills in different system landscapes
You enjoy evaluating data and have a certain degree of analytical ability
You communicate with appreciation
You enjoy working in a team
You have a high degree of customer and service orientation as well as a structured way of working
You are flexible regarding your working hours
You have good German and good English skills
You simply want to get out of the workshop and work in an office
