The Role - Your Passion

• Your main task is to keep our vehicles "on the road" in terms of road safety and customer satisfaction.

• You will manage the rental station in your area.

• Furthermore, you will be jointly responsible for the technical condition of our campervans.

• You will independently carry out minor repairs on our vehicles and pass on your knowledge to the station staff so that they can carry out some repairs themselves.

• You are actively involved in shaping your work area, are eager for new projects, and contribute your ideas.

What you need to surf on the same wave as us

• You have completed training as an automotive mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician or similar training in the automotive industry.

• You have broad knowledge of various brands and vehicles, ideally you are already familiar with our common models.

• A high degree of flexibility, occasional willingness to travel, and manual dexterity are a matter of course for you.

• You speak fluent German and good English.

Your Salary
We ❤️ Transparency. The salary band for this position ranges from EUR 38,000 to EUR 44,000 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band best suits you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback interview.
