Your Tasks:

• You will take over the reception of guests
• You will be responsible for managing the fleet and related insurance matters
• The incoming and outgoing mail is within your scope
• You will prepare and, if necessary, follow up on meetings and appointments
• You will manage the secretariat independently
• You will control/estimate office expenses/stores and place orders

Your Profile:

• You have successfully completed a commercial training
• You have already gathered relevant work experience
• You are proficient in MS-Office products
• You bring very good German language skills (at least B2) with you
• Good English language skills are an advantage
• You possess a pronounced hands-on mentality; your approach is self-reliant and structured
• You convince as a responsible, communicative, and punctual team player
