Accounting Staff - Focus on Plant Accounting (m/w/d)

Our business activities include, among other things, the core competence of using lignite, various services in the areas of waste processing and utilization, energy generation from municipal waste, recycling, and environmental protection.

We are looking for a motivated and competent accounting staff member - focus on plant accounting (m/w/d) to strengthen our team at our location in Seegebiet Mansfelder Land OT Amsdorf.

Tasks

• independent processing of all business transactions related to the asset portfolio, as well as documentation thereof
• initialization and control of inventory valuation of economic goods
• participation in quarterly and annual financial statements (including independent creation of the plant balance sheet)
• caring for investment projects from an accounting perspective
• participation in investment planning (including preparation of a depreciation forecast)

Qualification

• successfully completed commercial or fiscal training (e.g. business management trainee, tax clerk) or comparable qualifications
• ideally experience in plant or financial accounting at an industrial company
• knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA and MS Office
• independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• reliability, team spirit, communication strength
