Venue net #per month from 4900 lei!

Description of the job

What you need to do:

• You ensure that quality standards and work procedures are respected;
• You create a constructive working environment, coordinate and distribute team members efficiently in the restaurant;
• You offer training, support, and feedback to team members, working alongside them in the restaurant;
• You get involved in candidate selection and ensure a good integration into the team;
• You identify and develop employees with potential, offering theoretical and practical support;
• You manage raw materials, place orders, check product quality, and participate in inventory;
• You manage requests and complaints from customers efficiently;
• You ensure that performance indicators are met.
