Job Description

What you need to do:

• Ensure that quality standards and work procedures are respected;
• Create a constructive work environment, coordinate and distribute team members efficiently in the restaurant;
• Provide training, support, and feedback to team members, working alongside them in the restaurant;
• Be involved in candidate selection and ensure their good integration into the team;
• Identify and develop employees with potential, offering them theoretical and practical support;
• Manage raw materials, place orders, check product quality, and participate in inventory;
• Ensure the correct functioning of all production equipment and inform superiors about any detected irregularities;
• Efficiently manage customer requests and complaints;
• Ensure that performance indicators are met.
