Day in the life (What you will do): Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage positive customer interactions and drive sales. This includes: • Greeting customers and making them feel welcome • Offering personalized styling advice and product recommendations • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment • Assisting with visual merchandising and store displays • Participating in inventory management and receiving • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on the latest fashion trends • Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction • Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in a fast-paced environment • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies and procedures.
