Key Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions, and making recommendations based on customer preferences. • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the fitting room, cash register area, and stockroom. • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals, support colleagues, and contribute to a positive work environment. • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, fashion trends, and brand information to provide informed advice to customers. • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an inviting atmosphere that reflects the brand’s image. • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns. • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, even during peak periods or when faced with challenging situations. • Be flexible and adaptable, willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as needed. • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion by treating all customers and colleagues with respect and dignity. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset. • 1-2 years of retail experience preferred, but not required. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (11 kg) and stand for long periods.
