Key User WMS System / Stock Management Technician

• Ability to learn IT systems (WMS, ERP) for efficient management of logistics flows
• Excel knowledge at least intermediate level
• English language knowledge at intermediate level

• Ability to analyze statistical data collected from multiple sources and use data for logistics flow improvement decisions

• Control of goods inflow and outflow, key data administration in WMS and ERP systems, proposes logistical optimizations
• Ensuring completion of daily work processes by respecting established deadlines and required quality targets.
• Adapts the storage network, storage capacities, and processing potential to commercial needs
• Performs data analysis for activity optimization, based on the understanding of processed data
• Participation in the development of work procedures for the optimization of warehouse activities
• Verification of stocks and goods from a qualitative point of view
• Planning and participation in inventory execution, maintaining optimal inventory levels in accordance with company objectives
• Maintaining safety and security requirements at warehouse level
• Learning in the WMS system the entire set of logistical operations performed, basic settings and providing support for all logistics personnel
• Proposes and coordinates specific functionality developments in the WMS system to streamline activity;
