We are seeking to appoint an experienced, highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated Key Stage One Class Teacher. We are looking for someone who can lead a Year 1 class with confidence, enthusiasm and passion. The successful candidate will be expected to: • Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all learners. • Assess, record and report on pupil progress regularly. • Develop and maintain effective relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues. • Be an active member of the school community, contributing to whole-school initiatives and events. • Work collaboratively with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning. • Be flexible and adaptable in response to changing circumstances and priorities. • Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks as required. • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and improve pupil outcomes.
