For more details: https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com About the Role: The Assistant Key Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. The role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and ensuring that all customer needs are met. Key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing sales strategies to grow key accounts • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities • Providing exceptional customer service to valued clients • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth • Developing and managing budgets for key accounts • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures • Maintaining accurate records and reports • Traveling to client sites as required. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to travel as required.
