In the group, we currently deliver over 500 articles of all regulatory categories (over-the-counter medications, medical devices, nutritional supplements and cosmetics) and cover all common indications from cold to beauty, as well as all delivery forms from solid to liquid. We rely on high quality standards and innovative technologies or ingredient contents.

This task awaits you:

• Knowhow over the entire dm portfolio across all product categories
• Safeguarding a continuous overview of article histories, current developments, and potential risks regarding market changes/raw materials etc.
• Prioritization and steering of parallel theme settings as well as introduction of suitable measures to stabilize customer relationships
• Needs/Forecast planning
• Caring for daily customer requirements to strengthen the customer relationship to
• Support in professional preparation, implementation, and follow-up of customer meetings
• Steering the entire customer communication in close coordination with internal specialist departments
• Understanding and consideration of customer-specific requirements, processes, and expectations
• Interface to Procurement, SCM, PD, Quality & Finance

We're looking for you!

• A successful business studies degree or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in success management, ideally in the OTC, Health Care, FMCG, nutritional supplements or private label sectors
• Outstanding understanding of trade structures and processes in the German retail environment
• Experience in handling complex customer requirements as well as cross-sectional projects
• Analytical and conceptual strength as well as high numerical affinity
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel
• High level of self-responsibility and strong customer orientation
• Structured, solution-oriented and forward-looking working style
• High level of stress tolerance and flexibility in dealing with ad-hoc topics
• Strong implementation orientation as well as ability to set priorities correctly
• Teamwork skills as well as sovereign collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• High sense of responsibility and accountability
