Key Account Manager (with English)

Your responsibilities

• active sales of software and implementation services for higher education institutions,
• active search and acquisition of new clients, building long-term relationships,
• analysis of client needs and preparation of tailored offers,
• cooperation with product guardians and development teams to create solutions that meet client needs and expectations,
• preparation of commercial offers and negotiation of contracts with clients,
• conducting meetings and product presentations for clients,
• achieving real sales plans,
• monitoring the market and competitor activities.

Our requirements

• higher education,
• experience in selling software and implementation services for Higher Education Institutions,
• minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales of software and implementation services,
• excellent command of Polish and English (spoken and written),
• ability to build long-term relationships with Clients,
• high level of communication skills,
• results-oriented,
• flexibility and good work organization,
• readiness for business trips.

• knowledge of solutions supporting didactic and administrative processes in Higher Education Institutions (educational platforms, language learning support systems, educational simulators and/or student recruitment systems and/or administrative and management processes (dean's office systems, information and document workflow management, scientific output registration and evaluation).
