Key Accountabilities Building long-term relationships with key clients. Increasing existing business volumes by regularly interacting with clients, identifying new opportunities, and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales strategies and account plans. Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of client needs, market trends, and competitor activity. Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted marketing efforts. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring timely delivery of agreed-upon services. Key Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proven track record of success in account management or a related field. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and develop solutions.
