Key Account Manager – Vermittler (m/w/d)

As a Key Account Manager in the Broker & Partner Network department, you will support the expansion and maintenance of our financial advisors. You will be the link between our existing broker partners, new advisors, and internal teams at FinCompare.

Your Tasks

• You will maintain existing Broker-Partners with engagement and ensure that the collaboration runs actively and successfully.
• You will identify new advisors with a good sense of market opportunities and win them over for the expansion of our partner network.
• You will accompany our partners step by step during the onboarding process and teach them how to use FinCompare and our product partners optimally.
• You will recognize potentials in partnerships, initiate targeted activation measures, and actively participate in campaigns and events.
• You will collect valuable feedback from the market, allowing us to continuously develop our platform and partner offerings.

Your Profile

• Ideal candidate with a completed banking education or a bachelor's degree in business administration (alternatively relevant experience in the banking/finance sector).
• First experience in account management, partner sales, or financial advisory.
• Understanding of corporate finance or interest in quickly getting up to speed.
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy networking.
• You are self-motivated, organized, and willing to take the initiative to shape topics actively.
• Confident negotiator in German and good English skills.
