Job description
SGS is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Key Account Manager with experience in the TIC sector to manage and develop a strategic portfolio of clients. The role will be responsible for commercial relationship management, identifying new opportunities, and growing the business.
Main Responsibilities
- Management and development of key clients in the TIC sector
- Identification of new commercial opportunities and cross-selling
- Collaboration with technical teams to define tailored solutions
- Monitoring of performance and customer satisfaction
- Presentation of offers, negotiation of contracts, and management of negotiations
- Market analysis and competition analysis
