Tasks

• Independent project management (development to series)
• Responsibility for adherence to schedule, cost and quality goals
• Development of production processes and responsibility for the procurement of operating resources (especially tools)
• Responsibility for compliance with cost targets until EOP
• Preparation of calculations
• Preparation and negotiation of offers and their follow-up
• Development of offer strategies to achieve project goals
• Support of selected existing customers
• Project controlling / Preparation of regular reports for internal and external addressees
• Function as an interface to internal company departments, customers and suppliers

Qualification

• Completed studies in mechanical engineering or automotive engineering or a comparable field
• Professional experience in forming technology and procurement of operating resources, especially toolmaking, ideally from the automotive industry, supplemented by commercial knowledge is an advantage
• Confident communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of CAD is an advantage, MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point as well as calculations)
• Very good communication skills and social competence are required, as well as enthusiasm for the automotive industry
