Role Description:
RAJAPACK Italia is looking for a Key Account Manager for the territories of Romagna and the Bologna-Florence area for the Sales Team. The selected figure will be responsible for managing and developing the assigned customer portfolio, identifying new commercial opportunities within their area of competence. It will be responsible for the entire customer portfolio assigned to the territory, defining commercial strategies and coordinating activities with Inside Sales.

Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze the customer portfolio to identify potentialities and establish action plans.
- Qualify prospect contacts through telephone calls and visits.
- Research and develop contacts in line with the company's acquisition strategy, collaborating with the Marketing team and participating in sector fairs.
- Promote strategic solutions based on customer needs related to RAJA's offer: customized packaging, machines and systems, supply chain solutions, and tailored services.
- Use Salesforce to monitor the development of relationships with customers: contact entry, visit registration, ongoing opportunities, and offers.
- Collaborate with Inside Sales for the preparation of offers and management of customer requests.

Required Qualifications:
- Education in line with the role.
- Knowledge of sales logic and techniques.
- Multi-year experience as an Account or Key Account Manager.

Tech Skills Required:
- Use of Salesforce.
- Ability to analyze the customer portfolio.
- Social selling and marketing skills.
