Michael Page - Develop and execute a sales strategy mainly targeting the cleanroom lighting segment (pharmaceutical, biotechnological, medical, food, electronic). - Identify and acquire new clients and projects in high-potential sectors where lamps are required for clean environments. - Manage and develop key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product management, marketing, and operations) to provide optimal lighting solutions, tailored to customer needs. - Monitor market trends, regulations, and competition to identify opportunities for product development and positioning. - Prepare and present technical and commercial offers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the entire sales cycle. - Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. - Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to management. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the lighting sector with a focus on cleanroom lamps or related industries. - Solid knowledge of lighting systems, standards, and applications in controlled environments. - Proven experience in developing new business and managing strategic accounts. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently, with a proactive and results-oriented approach. - Fluent in English Our client is a major organization operating in the Professional Lighting sector, known for its consolidated presence and commitment to innovation. - Opportunity to work in a stimulating and structured environment. - Opportunities for professional growth in the Professional Lighting sector - Ongoing support for skill development.
