ISG Personalmanagement GmbH is one of the leading HR consultancies and HR service providers in the German-speaking region. For further expansion, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded sales personality to manage and develop key accounts. Your tasks:

• Establishment, support, and sustainable development of key clients
• Active sales of job advertisements, recruitment solutions, and HR consulting services
• Identification of customer needs and development of tailor-made HR solutions
• Maintenance of long-term customer relationships at decision-maker level
• Independent market and potential analysis
• Close collaboration with our consultants and internal teams

Your profile:

• Several years of sales experience, ideally in the advertising, media, or HR sector
• Existing network in the corporate or HR sector is an advantage
• Strong closing skills and negotiation proficiency
• Entrepreneurial thinking and independent working style
• Professional demeanor and high customer orientation
• Self-employed activity (no employment contract)
