Job description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to strengthen our team. Our customer is a leading global company that researches, develops, and offers medicines for the protection of health, healing of diseases, and improvement of well-being.     IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Marketing of existing product portfolios or new introductions to established doctors and specialist practices in the region.
  • Achievement of sales targets, such as market share, revenue, and coverage.
  • BUILDING and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders and customers, as well as identifying new customers.
  • Implementation of marketing measures aimed at increasing revenue.
  • Tight cooperation and coordination with other sales lines, the internal department, and colleagues.
  • Preliminary preparation and conduct of regional events; participation in congresses.
  • Handling administrative tasks such as documentation of doctor visits, tour planning, core customer coverage.
  • Compliance with all relevant compliance requirements.

    IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN

  • A graduate pharmacist, PTA, MTA, BTA, CTA, or natural scientist.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
  • Digital affinity – initial experiences in multi-channel management.
  • Experience in the field of cardiology, endocrinology, pain management is desirable.
  • Established relationships with doctors in the region are desirable.
  • Documented sales successes are desirable.
  • A confident demeanor, teamwork, communication strength, and high engagement.
  • Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Good IT skills, MS-Office, and CRM systems
