Our client is a performance agency that has specialized completely in Paid Social. They work with DTC brands and online shops that take performance seriously — and build campaigns that don't just look good but also sell. The goal: growth that can be measured in CAC, LTV, and profitability.

Tasks

• Team lead: You are responsible for a team of Performance Marketing Managers, provide feedback, coach, and develop talents further.
• Set standards: You define how campaigns are run, tested, and reported — and build playbooks that make quality scalable.
• Strategic account responsibility: You lead key accounts strategically, jump in where it counts, and know when to let go.
• Media Buying, Creative & Funnel: You ensure that briefings, landing pages, and offer mechanisms work together.
• Ai usage: As a true workflow multiplier, not just a decoration.

Qualification

• 4-5 years+ practical experience in Paid Social (Meta & TikTok)
• Background in DTC and/or agency field
• First leadership or mentoring experience advantageous
• Hands-on mentality
• Fluent German and English
