Your tasks:
Maintain existing customers from various countries
Receipt and processing of customer inquiries 
Preparation of calculations, offers, and contracts 
Coordination between the departments Logistics, Production, Laboratory, and Refining to ensure timely order processing
Preparation of final accounts and fixing of precious metals
Communication with customers in German, English, and ideally another foreign language via phone, email, or other messaging services
Worldwide research and acquisition of new business opportunities 

Your profile:
Completed commercial vocational training or study
Fundamental professional experience in sales or sales support
Good knowledge of MS-Office, ERP, and CRM systems
Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking, any additional language is welcome
