Job description

Key Account Manager

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

  • Take over and develop existing key retail partners (Rossmann and others) — deepen cooperation, expand listings, negotiate terms.
  • Actively search for and open new retail channels as further stable pillars of the Polish business.
  • Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with clients and distribution partners.
  • Independently manage CRM systems (Pipedrive, Spreadsheet) and regular reporting.
  • Analyze market trends and provide active feedback to product and marketing teams.

Our requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with direct experience working with key Polish retail chains.
  • Documented ability to manage and develop existing key clients — not just acquisition, but care for large collaborations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and act with full situational awareness.
  • Active experience with CRM systems and a structured approach to reporting.
  • Native Polish language, active knowledge of English or Czech.
  • Authentic enthusiasm for Mixit products and a healthy lifestyle.

What we offer

  • Entry into the market with a recognized brand and documented successes — Rossmann and subsequent chains are a real base, not a promise.
  • Full autonomy and direct impact on results — you work like an entrepreneur, you are accountable for the outcomes.
  • Support from the central team: marketing, product, logistics — you are not alone.
  • Work tools: phone, laptop.
  • Reimbursement of travel costs.
  • Attractive cooperation terms dependent on results.

Benefits

  • possibility of remote work
  • flexible working hours
  • discounts on company products and services
  • integration meetings
  • company phone for private use
  • computer for private use
  • lump sum for fuel
  • support for B2B clients and marketing support

Mixit s.r.o.

MIXIT is a dynamic company with 15 years of experience and a turnover exceeding 30 million euros, actively operating in countries such as the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Germany. We have been present in Poland for many years — we have listings in the Rossmann chain and with other retail partners — and now we are looking for someone who will take over these foundations, elevate existing cooperation to a higher level, and at the same time open new, stable business pillars.

This is not a greenfield project. We are looking for an experienced salesperson who knows how to work with an existing portfolio of key clients, knows how to conduct advanced negotiations with chains, and has the ambition to build something long-term.

At Mixit, we specialize in producing high-quality products that highlight first-class ingredients and exceptional taste. Our offer includes crunchy muesli, nutritious porridges, energy snacks, marinated nuts, crunchy fruits full of vitamins, and gift sets for every occasion.
