YOUR MISSION

• You are responsible for the economic success of your customers in the fashion E-commerce at various locations
• Through professional care and consulting, you foster the development and long-term partnership with your customers
• Your sense of trends and your excellent customer orientation drive innovations forward
• As a central point of contact, you lead, bind, and develop your customers further and recognize market opportunities
• You build long-term partnerships and act consultatively and strategically
• You analyze market trends specifically and translate them into innovative company solutions
• You are responsible for the entire value creation process of your customers – from offers to tenders to the billing of our services
• As an interface between customers and production, you take feedback, recognize optimization potential, and support the continuous development of processes, quality, and efficiency.
• Customer care & consulting & expansion, project management, and stakeholder management internally and externally are also important points in your activity with us.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have at least 4 years of experience in dealing with customers at the decision-making level and bring an established network in the fashion industry (content production) with
• Negotiation skills and strong presentation skills characterize you
• You work structured, flexible, and resilient, recognize customer needs, and orchestrate stakeholders for win-win solutions
• You bring experiences in the production of content in E-commerce with
• Your communication talent makes you a respected point of contact, both internally and for customers
• You combine creative thinking with numerical understanding and analytical strength to develop innovative solutions
• You are enthusiastic about fashion and E-commerce and have an interest in large-scale productions
• You handle production software, project management tools & controlling themes securely
• You possess secure German and English language skills
• You bring a regular travel readiness with
