Key Account Manager Miejsce pracy: Lublin Your responsibilities As a Key Account Manager working for Medison Pharma, you will be responsible for managing the rare disease portfolio in the allocated territory. You will be passionate about creating, developing and maintaining long-term collaborative relationships with KOL's and any relevant stakeholders in your territory. You feel comfortable to take responsibility for delivering on all commercial goals for the market, including successful production of sales targets, revenue growth and market share increase. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive account management strategy for the allocated territory, aligned with Medison Pharma's business objectives; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs and other stakeholders in your territory; • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue expansion; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that support account management goals; • Analyzing market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to inform account management decisions; • Maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales performance and other relevant data.
