Job description

Your missions

Imaging is at the crossroads of the care pathway: screening, diagnosis, patient monitoring, and coordination between healthcare professionals. It is a strategic sector, undergoing transformation, facing major challenges in access to care, operational efficiency, and patient experience.

At Doctolib, we are supporting this transformation with a strong ambition and many upcoming innovations, such as Patient Intake, Phone Assistant, as well as new partnerships with Momentum or WiiS, allowing us to go further in patient reception planning and digitalization. As a Senior Key Account Manager / Lead, you will manage strategic imaging accounts and support their leaders in adopting these solutions, improving their performance, and transforming their patient journey.

Beyond portfolio management, you will play a key coordination role between clients and our Product, Tech, Operations, and Customer Success teams. As a Lead, you will also be a point of reference for the team on product, process, and tools topics, and you will contribute to the development of other KAMs without direct managerial responsibility.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the most strategic accounts in the cluster: be responsible for the relationship, satisfaction, and performance of major imaging groups in France; build an account plan per organization (client strategy, decision-maker mapping, business priorities, and development roadmap); develop a trusting relationship with C-level contacts and lead business reviews and steering committees; identify expansion and upsell opportunities; anticipate churn risks and transform dissatisfaction situations into concrete action plans
  • Improve performance and accelerate the adoption of new services: monitor KPIs per group and per site (product usage, adoption, activity, satisfaction, NPS, renewal, and development potential); use internal data and dashboards to identify trends, performance gaps, and weak signals; build action plans with clients and coordinate their implementation with Deployment and Tech if necessary; develop new use cases to improve patient experience and operational efficiency of imaging centers
  • Be the product and process point of reference and team animator: centralize and structure customer feedback, qualify bugs and feature requests, and ensure their follow-up with the Product, Tech, and Operations teams; contribute to the prioritization, testing, and deployment of product evolutions to clients
  • Structure and improve team practices: be the point of reference for management tools and processes (CRM, dashboards, account plans, business reviews) and improve data quality and operational efficiency, particularly through AI
  • Support collective skill development: be a support for KAMs, lead certain routines, contribute to onboarding and best practice sharing; participate in priority cross-functional projects for the Imaging cluster
